We help developers starting at project searching, review them, and last but not least negotiating salary and condition therms for them. As a developer you are at the first place. In our carriers as developers, we worked for many companies that were based at outsourcing specialists. We know how important is improving your skills. Especially in IT. In Epoka we bet on developers that want to learn new skills. We have courses for our developers, to help them be a better specialist. When you are a part of our crew, you will have access to many developers, who would love to help you with your code.
You are always at the first place. We’ll do our best, to help you with any things that you might encounter at work. If you’ll need any new hardware, courses, conferences, books just let us know. We will see what we can do for you. And of course, if there will be any problems with your project we will do our best to find a solution for you.
